I just bought a Sam4s ER-650 and was having trouble adding multiple PLUs under one button. Would anyone be able to tell me; Is this possible? and how I might go about doing it. Any help is appreciated thank you.

depends on how u want it set up , you can add a link plu to another link and so on.
or set up a macro.
to do link simple when programming a plu it is the last entry on the item called link plu just enter next plu
be careful not to link in a loop or it will make about 90 transactions before it buffers out
