Used solely as open cash sales, journal roll had been accidentally switched off, and there has been a mistake made, anyway I can print a report to verify mistake

simple answer - no

long answer - the 380 has an electronic journal option but you have to have made the concious effort of turning it on - i've yet to meet anyone that uses it

your question is the same as " had a once in a lifetime holiday - took loads of photos - forgot to put film in the camera"
