We've had some problems with our Sam4s sps-2000.
yYesterday the screen just froze. we switched off the machine. when we switched it on, the main screen (with all our key links) appeared correctly, but after we signed on, the main screen appeared to be totally different and displayed the groups as key links.
In the programming menu, if we go to Key function, the main screen appears with all our usual key links.
We can't work out how to get our main screen back.
At the moment we can't enter any table number for example.
Has anyone had this problem? we really need some help

its a long shot but as the problem started after signing on, try signing on with a different clerk

I have had the same problem with a Sps-530
have talked to goodson about it, they didn't know what could cause it
we just programmed a "home" key onto the keyboard
just a key with a macro that performed "0" then "screen-no"

its not a great all out fix, but it may get you operational

Look at P Mode --> System Options --> Level Modifier Options --> (7) default screen and (9) Use clerks default screen level

It (9) above is set to yes, then check P Mode --> Employees --> [locate employee # concerned] --> Option Tab 2 Default Screen Level (0-200)
