Samsung ER-220 beep continuously after switching it on with error 5 0.00. none of the keys work at the moment no matter what position I put the keys on. the only position the beep goes is on the OFF position but the display still shows the same error. please help. many thanks

when you press the feed button, does the printer cycle?

No. None of the keys work

then the printer has sustained damage, does it cycle when you apply power?
this is quite an expensive repair for such a cheap till
