Hi everyone,

I'm having a bit of a problem with my 5200M. The guest check prints out when I finalize a sale by pressing cash or check, regardless of whether the receipt is turned off or on. How can I set it so that the guest check only prints out when I press "Print Check" and the receipt prints out only when that option is switched to on? Thanks in advance!

dont think you can
-ordinary sales should be fine but i was under the impression that guest checks always produce a ticket once finalised.
