Samsung ER420M VAT on receipt

I have got a Samsung ER-420M
When printing the receipt it shows a VAT line stating "Tax1" which is still set to 17.5%
I want to either:
1, Remove this line so it does not appear on the receipt
OR
2, Change the name from TAX1 to VAT and the % from 17.5 to 20

Please help!
