Can anyone help? I have a new Samsung ER5200m but when I connect it to my PC and do the download from my previous till (same model) it won't allow the clerk to download as flags up communication error. I have set up the ports and initiated the till but this keeps tripping it up and so I cannot make any further progress. Any suggestions would be great as I am really scratching my head

I also have the same program, I presume. I am trying to upload the program from my ECR->PC but I get a Cash Register Not Ready error. I am on the correct port with all the right settings, is there a special mode I need to be in to poll off this register or upload the program for PLU editing?

CHECK THE EPROM VERSIONS IN BOTH MACHINES -
WOULDN'T MIND BETTING THEY ARE DIFFERENT
