Does any one know how to reset the ecr back to its default, i have tried taking the batteries out but it keeps restoring the previous owners details when switched back on. So is there a method or code to return to default?

Hold down journal feed while turning key to PGM

Release button after a few seconds. Zeroes will appear.

Enter 13040 and press subtotal

Wait until a receipt is printed

Thanks that worked, I also wanted to know if u can use the cash register to just print out the receipt only and not the journal?

anyway i can stop the journal from printing i just want the receipt to print?

I don't think there is a way.

There was another version of the till (SE-S300) with one till roll that may have been better for yourself
