SET UP XE-A213 Problems

Hi, I am also new to the XE-A213 and am ready for slitting my wrists trying to get this thing programmed.

I have managed to get the date and time programmed and am ready to start programming the 12 items we sell (we are a community association and will only be using the till periodically for social functions.)

So some questions I have are :-

What keyboard should I use?

The Qwerty keyboard one or the numeric one?

The next question is then how do I program the 12 items as I am finding the manual very confusing !what

Any help would be appreciated.
