Hi, had to fit a new battery to our till in work today and the memory became corrupt. Did the service reset which i found on this site. That worked great but i havnt got a service manual for programming in service mode only the user manual. Has anyone on here got a service manual for this model or a link i could download one from. Thanks.

since doing a full reset the z1 reports are printing differently to what they were before. Before the till was reset z1 printed out like an x1 report. So i was wondering if there are any codes i need to change it or jus leave it has it is. Thanks

Ok. There are many things that can be turned on or off on most reports. If you let me know exactly what the difference is between your two reports, I can probably find a code for you. Also, tell me what buttons you press to get your X and Z reports.
