 Post subject: sharp er-3110 lock up

I have a sharp er3110 that is no longer responding. The printer locked up, then would not stop and now the entire machine is locked up. It has 5 0's across the display in the stk, ttl, tx3, tx2, and tx1 positions. Is it still a printer problem?
