Sharp ER 3115

Hi all

We have just bought a secondhand Sharp ER 3115 and are having major problems with it.

Firstly, we can't seem to get into the 'SRV' mode. We really don't understand the Mode Switch diagram in the manual.

Can anyone help us newbies??

You need a service key to get into service a MA key gors to all positions except service.
