 Post subject: SHARP PC-LINK SOFTWARE NOT COMMUNICATING WITH ER-A420

I am using the correct cable from pc to er-a420. PC keeps saying communication but nothing happens. Not sure what I am doing wrong but any help is appreciated.

Hi.
Have you set the port that you are using in the cash register? You must set the port for PC comms mode. If it has been working before, then this is not the problem.

I have the settings if you need them. Just let me know.
