 Post subject: Sharp UP 3000...Error: Media Not Programmed

Hi my sharp up 3000 shows an error:
INVALID RESPONSE: MEDIA NOT PROGRAMMED when I try to swipe a credit card when finishing a transaction...
any help would be appreciated ...thanks..
