I found this place whilst getting frustrated with the manual and trying to programme PLU's which I did with the help of a previous post, so this one is not about that thankfully!

I need to print duplicate receipts. I read somewhere this morning on a review that you can't print on duplicate paper with this machine. Is that right? Has anyone any experience of that? If it can't do a duplicate at all then I think this is going back to the shop as it won't be fit for purpose.

You are asking too much of it. It sounds like you need more features. This machine is as basic as you can get. Take it back.
