I cannot get the thing to accept that there is money in the till. I go to X reports and hit the button, but it gives me error. What to do?

Hi.

To receive on account (in REG mode), you type the amount received then press the RA (VAT/RA) button.
To see the amount on reports, turn key to X (read) or Z (reset) and press TL (CASH) button.
Look down the right side and find 'RA'. the figure to the left is the amount received that day.
