Hi I have just purchased a used Sharp XE-A213. Have downloaded the pc link and then I follow the instructions with regard to loading the usb driver, but my pc cannot find a driver. I am using Windows 7 64 bit.

Can anyone help, I am surprised that the drivers don't come with the pc-link.

I've got one of these too as a backup - Operation Manual/ Spec cards makes mention of the software as coming with it for free. But I was even unlucky enough not to have a software CD sent out with the unit. Looks like quite a few people are after this download link... I'll see what I can dig up.

Just opened the box today, but so far not so good...

I need to know more about PC-link XE-A203A213 as I am not much familiar with this could anyone help me regarding this. I try to find more information about it but I fail to find what I need.

As with all this free software with low end machines, it only works with Windows XP. Sharp doesn't support free software (although some dealers charge for the software). There are ways to install XP on a virtual machine running on your pc, but I think that's beyond the scope of the forum.
Personally I run Windows 7 Professional with virtual XP and the software works fine.
