I reset all reports individually on my XEA-301 by using the Z1 and Z2 settings for each kind of report . Now, daily sales reports on X1-Z1 setting are fine, for example, full clerk report or full sales report (for the individual day of the month), but I cannot get any monthly reports on X2-Z2 setting. For example, Daily Net Sales Report for all days of the month). When I do this I just get a one-line read-out and a reading of zero. It's been like that for about a month. It's the same for any other reports on X2-Z2 setting (monthly full sales report, monthly clerk report etc).

Can anyone advise what might be wrong.
