SPS-2000 screen copy to another terminal?

Postby wyntngley on Thu Aug 09, 2018 6:39 pm

Having spent hours creating new screens for the terminal in my main bar, I thought it was 'slaved' to the other terminal. Wrong.

I it possible to copy and paste between terminals? I see there is a USB port and an SD card slot - are they the route?

Any help gratefully received.

if you have the tills networked together, you can send the program [or parts of the program] straight down the cable [P mode, file management]
if not then a small sd card will work - nothing over 2gb as SD/HC cards are not supported. - using this method you can back up the program on the first terminal and restore it to the other [S mode, backup] using this method means you have to set the till number and any other differences manually.

Thank you. That worked. Some oddities in the buttons labels but easily fixable.
