sps2000 and samstock

Hi,
I have sps 2000 v1.6 is there any way to upgrade firmware ?
I've bought the system with samstock doungle key but I have't got license key no.
They not answering the phones and I'm stuck ? package license code required?

you need to speak to the person who you bought samstock off.. when you install the software and insert the dongle it gives you a dongle ID that needs to goto YCR the company who made samstock.. who ever you bought it off needs to contact them, the dongle id generates the code you need...

Great, they don't answer the phone.(wonder why?) They had samstock installed in their store but they shut the business and sold it to me.
What about sps2000 is there a way to upgrade software ?

you could try getting a relicence by phoning your dealer and telling him the dongle code [printed at the end of the usb plug]
