Hi im new to this game and a little confused i am just about to open my gift shop and when i went to take a Z1 reading after training on the till, the illustration shows NRGT grand total at the bottom of the receipt but when i print mine out it does not show this ??

If it is not printing the NRGT, then it has probably been turned off in programming. It is a meaningless number for most people since it just tells you how much the machine has turned over since it was last setup by the dealer. Just leave it off. It is not needed for end of day reports.
