TE4000F CA/AMT TEND button been accidentally programmed

Hi,

While I was away one of my staff has managed to re program the ca/amt tend button whilst doing some price changes. I’ve trawled through this and other sites but all the solutions I’ve found don’t seem to work.

I do remember some time ago when I did it myself that the solution had eight zeros involved, but I can’t find where I found it!

Any help would be great before I have to take it for someone who knows what they are doing to have a look, or I throw it through the window, whichever comes first!

In program mode, do this carefully
1 subtotal 0 CASH subtotal 3 subtotal 0 CASH subtotal
Turn key back to REG mode
