Hi all...

What to do, when training a new employee in using the cashregister?
On my (very) old till, it was possible to turn the key, and then it was training mode...

What to do on TX-870?

And... Does anyone know how to get a hold on an operation manual for this machine?

Hi,

You can download operation manuals fro Uniwells website:
http://www.uniwell.co.uk/images/picture ... -06-v1.pdf

As for training clerks you would need access to the engineer programming menu, do you know the engineer code to gain access?

Hi,

If you go into the programming menu in SP
Go into 123 - Clerks
Scroll down and press ENTER on the clerk you want to change to a training clerk
Scroll down to where it says Flag1 and press ENTER on it
Press ENTER on TRAINING CLERK so that YES appears to the right of it
Press the Cl key 4 times
Press CLERK I.D to log out of programming.

I hope this helps.

Thanks for the answer.
Is it possible, that the training does not go to the EJF?

Nope.

All training sales are included in the EJF/show up on reports.
