Hi I have just been programming my TX-875 and the screen has just frozen is there a reset available for these tills?

Hi Ian,

You will need "S" key.
Switch off till
use S key and turn it left (blind position which is not marked)
switch on machine.
when power led comes on quickely tap screen twice.
you should hear 2 beeps and get calibration grid. Use pen and touch position A and B.
turn key to R mode see if it is working.

You should be able to do an IR without calibration by simply putting the S key in the unmarked position (furtherest clockwise), holding the top left corner of the screen, whilst turning the till on.
