Hi,
I have two problems when i try to setup a barcode scanner& local printer for my ECR(uniwell DX-915), and trying to make ECR works like a retail ECR.
I bought a CCD scanner, and that can be used on PC successfully. the fallowing text is my setps to setup the barcode scanner.
the scanner's model is not in the list that ECR displays on screen.So I press "OTHER SCANNER" and chose "CHANNEL C" when I switch to "SP-9996" and enter "SCANNER" option.
But the problem is how to make the scanner can work successfully, and what should I do?

The other problem is how to setup a local receipt printer(this support EPSON Print Command),and this printer is also not on the list of ECR display.

Hi,

With regards to the scanner can you tell me exactly which system options you have changed and what you changed them to?
The Uniwell uses communications of 9600 bps, 8 bit data, non-parity, 1 stop bit so the scanner will need to be programmed to match this.

As for the printer you will need to check out the following system options:
Flag 86 Bits H & A to YES
And depending on which port you choose Flag 90 to 94.
