I'm trying to use PLM2000 to program a NX-5400 (LeWIN LW-10) but I always get the message "ECR Time-Out Error". Does anyone know the instruction so solve this problem? Is this software Windows XP Compatible? Anybody with Unilite ECR Software?

PLM2000 is Windows XP compatible, and Vista too.

You will need to set the Block Check Character in System Flags on the till.

Turn Key to SP
Enter Managers Code
Highlight System Functions
Press Enter Key
Type in 103, press enter
scroll down to Bit G, press enter
press the X/Time key
press Clear twice.

Do an Initial Reset on the till.
Turn Key to SP
Turn Power off at plug
Locate the 3 IR keys
(From left side of keyboard, 3 rows from bottom, 1st 3 key left to right, see below)

Power on till whilst holding the IR keys downTill will beep 4 times

You should now be able to program from PLM
