We just got our Uniwell PX-5700 back from being fix , worked of a day and now wont let anyone ring and item in , actually you cant ring anything in :-(

Have tried the uniwell website and theres is no help what so ever on there , just a poor user manual with no troubleshooting or programming help what so ever.

The till screen shows on top left Std Price , in top right it shows R-ON , no items can be rang in through reg , on x or z readings can be down, no menus show up ??? anyone any ideas as to why??

anyone any ideas as to how to reset the till??

Try an IR (Initial Reset)

Turn off the machine via the rocker switch on the till
Turn the M key to SP
From left of the keyboard hold the 3 buttons on the 3rd horizontal line up from the bottom whilst you turn the machine back on. It should beep indication and initial reset.
