I bought a pair of SX-700 's last year and you were really helpful in getting them up and running. I am now wanting to install them in a new environment and would really appreciate some more help!

I have-
2x SX-700 tills, 2x Cash Drawers, 1x thermal printer

What I want them for is-
I have just built a mobile bar trailer for serving at festivals, weddings, events etc etc and would like to have the 2 tills installed, and linked together with one receipt printer.

As I will be doing different types of event I will want to use the different price menus on the tills for different events, eg a small country show will have one set of prices wheras a large festival will have different prices.

What I need-
Till #1 works fine, I would like to wipe it and start afresh with it as if it had just been delivered so I can have it just as I want

Till #2 I have tried to wipe already (like a complete retard), but got it very wrong and wiped everything off it including the software so it turns on but just sits there blank (schoolboy error)

So I need the software for till #2 or the ability to wipe till #1 and copy everything onto till #2 so they are the same. Can this be done? I would like to plug my laptop in so I can make changes too if thats possible.

I have no software, just the keys, managers password and engineers password.

Bear in mind that it is imporatnt for the tills to have power to them most of the time.
Whent he tills have no power to them they rely on a small battery on the board to hold their program. After time dependant on the age of the battery, you may lose any program stored in the tills.

I would only bother starting afresh with ECR1 if your happy to reprogram it.
If you are happy to do that, you can initialise ECR1, reprogram it, and then set ECR2 to recieve it via IRC.

Have you already had them linked and communicating?
