Hi.. I am new to the site.. I am also new to this system.. I've worked with touch screens in the past, but always had a manual to refer to when I ran into problems or had to change menu items.
This is the situation..
We are renting this machine from a private guy, who is absolutely useless.. and expensive. Unfortunately, he is the ONLY guy even remotely close to my area. So we rented it, programed.. he did everything himself.. leaving no manual for us to make any changes ourselves.. How convenient for him, I know. So EVERY TIME we want to change a price or anything, we have to call him. I live in Ontario and the new HST will be coming into effect soon. I don't want to have to call him to do this, when I am very capable of doing it myself.. IF I HAD SOME SORT OF MANUAL TO GUIDE ME.. lol. Anyway, for those who don't know, in Ontario we have 2 taxes.. a 5% GST and 8% PST... we will be combining both into one, 13% HST. The percentage taxed won't change, except for alcohol (not sure what this percentage is yet)
So, if anyone can point me in some sort of direction, I would appreciate it.

have you looked aty the settings in SP?

SP??? I'm sorry, what does this stand for.. system program? This is a completely new system for me.. and without some sort of manual.. I'm afraid I might screw it up.. I am used to having a guide to refer to.. it's driving me CRAZY!!!
