Uniwell TX-850 Not Accepting Screen Input

Hi there, I have a TX-850 that appears to boot but no longer accepts screen input in any mode other than when it is set to Z1/P (when it will accept points A & B for calibration). I apologise if this sounds vague as I know very little about EPOS. If anyone can give me a few pointers it would be much appreciated.

Does it display SET UP REQUIRED on the customer display? !Chin

HI are you from the midlands?

Sounds like it just needs a initial reset and ram clear .
