Uniwell UX 41F reset operation

I have a uniwell UX41F till and it has frozen and needs to be reset can anyone give me an idea on the buttons Ihave topress Sad

Hi,

The reset procedure is as follows:

Turn the key to the OFF Position
Hold down the 3 keys marked below
Quickly switch the key round to SP still holding the 3 three keys down

If done correctly the till sould beep 3 times and ----ir---- should flash up on the screen.
Turnt the key back to R and give it a test.

thanks it did work but the problem seems to be that when we try to take a 20X cash report in the Z position we get an error message the message is uE-46 also i think that if this does not happen the till will not communicate with the back office therefore we can not produce reports any ideas and thanks once again

Hi, Very Happy

Yes with that warning message appearing your back office software will not be able to collect your sales information. Basically, that message means there is a Staff number that has started a transaction but not completed it. The best thing to do is, log on as each of your Staff members in turn and press CASH on each one of them. When you press CASH on at least one of them you should find that the drawer opens meaning that particular Staff was in the middle of a transaction. Once all staff have been cleared, try the report again and it should hopefully work.
