To programme the till you must turn the key to sp and log in as clerk 1. However i have renamed clerk 1 and given it a pass code, this has caused me a problem as i can no longer log in as clerk 1 and it doesnt give me any programming options as the renamed clerk 1. HELP! how do i get clerk 1 back or get programming options?

Do you not have any other clerks setup with programming privelages ?

Your only option will be to login as the engineer code , do you know this code ?
