The thermal printer is really bad and the print out is barely readable... Any way to fix this or replace the part or clean it?

firstly make sure theres no bits of paper stuck in the printer, as its thermal head it has to have a tight grip on the paper to print clearly.

if it needs replacing then the parts cost about £100 to £150
