I've set two UP700s in an IRC network and everything is well except that I can't use a GLU that has been opened by a previous clerk. Just get "NO AUTHORITY". Sharp have been no help at all.
Out of interest, I RAM cleared both machines and set the two of them in IRC with complete defaults as far as files and SRV parameters. Still no authority when trying to share GLUs. I also tried setting clerks as supervisor clerks, but only had limited success and it seemed to prevent other clerk sign ons. How can I allow access to any open GLUs by any clerk?

Change the service code 919 b. make it 5 and it will allow all clerks to open the glu, covers not complulsory and manual glu code entry.
