Can anyone tell me how to activate the other clerk keys on Sharp UP-700. I have set up two tills on a network and link is fine but only clerk 1 shows in system. Have set clerk entry in File to 12 with service key but no others showing. All 12 were set when they were set as standalone.

Hi you will have to do a z report on the clerks first before adding new... then goto (on master) pgm2 settings personel.. then on the clerks screen dont go into the clerk on screen just press 2 then enter, itll bring up clerk 2 press cash to save then repeat the process for other clerks..

Did that ok and all clerks added ok. When I try any key other than 1 it says "undifined code".
Tried z reset on till and clerks but still recognising keys ?.

Doh !
Just realised when checking the setup i forgot to put the actual key no in for each clerk. Now set them up properly and working fine.

we had to do a z reading from a slave till, then it said 'z-reset entry error'. i've since done a reset on clerk (just trying to do something!) and now it says 'clerk entry error'.

how can we get the till working again?!

Hi. I answered in you previous post on this.
Do a system general z reset on the master. That should unlock the slave. If not do z reset on the master.
