Hi, can anyone help me with promotion tables. I've tried to access this through the menu, but the till just says "entry error". I think the function may have been disabled by the guy who set the till up for us. I have a service key but don't know where to look in the service menu.

hi, you may need to set up the file for the promo table, turn your service key past program mode, select settings, then file and in that menu there should be an option for promo, allocate the number of records you need in there and then you should be able to set them up

I have managed to make it work, to do so I also had to add in a record of promo sales which was after the promo table setting. I don't exactly know what I did, but it worked.

Will running multiple promo tables cause any issues with the tills memory as it hasn't been expanded.
