I might be going over old ground here, if so i apologise!
Up3300, bought second hand, I did a master reset (reset code 111111)
Now I can't do anything whether in srv mode or not because there are no clerks assigned and I just don't know how to assign a clerk
I can't go into program modes as they are shaded in grey on the screen
Any help would be gratefully received cos I'm going quietly mad
I have the operator and service manuals but no info on assigning a clerk is jumping out at me.

you dont need to use a clerk in service mode...

try putting supervisor on in service mode.. thatll open up the pgm2 lists..
