I have a UP700 which is completely dead. It worked fine until I think we had a power cut. I know it has power going to it but neither displays nor keys work at all. Can anyone recommend someone to come and look at it, please?

Before getting an engineer out, try doing a service reset. You need a service key, turn it past pgm2 to the 6 o'clock position and back again. In situations like yours, it can sometimes come back to life.

Im sure there were instructions on here to show how to convert an MA key to a service key.

Failing that, as cgi says, let us know where you are and someone can be recommended.
