Urgent help needed with ER-380m please...

Hello
I have recently bought a second hand Samsung ER380M which I am in the throws of trying to sort out for start of business Saturday.
My problem is such; the till is still programmed to the previous owners settings. I have every key except a C key so I can't seem to clear to factory reset.
I have managed to change some basic info like the name that appears on the receipt for certain items in different categories etc.
The main thing I need to do is set a button up that adds 10% to the final sale. I can't for the life of me work it out.
The previous owner had also changed the keys and I can't locate where the 1% key is at all so can't even do it manually on each sale.
Any help gratefully received.
Please excuse my stupidity also as this is my first cash register also!

without the c key, you are up the creek without a paddle. factory resetting requires access to service mode. if you are a half decent DIYer, you could cut the program key to a c key.
hold the reg key next to the z key and note whats different. then hold the z key next to the program key - same area cut out a little more - about 3mm
so file a further 3mm from the pgm key - job done.
