Could anyone please tell me if it is possiable to reprogram a TK-7500 to throw the stock out in a pub? I sacked staff who we found out were stealing and now have only 100% trusted staff. Once the theifs were gone the next few audits my stock was spot on. However now I am down again. To check this I wrote down all that was served and put through the till. Once the Z reading was done I cross checked the tallys with the till and I was out. This was done on a quite day.
If the owners want me out could they reprogram the till to add the odd drinks into the till?
