Hi. I'm new here and really hope someone can help. Just took over a pub where there are 3 Uniwell UX-7000 tills in various bars. Managed to get them all programmed withg the menu etc but now one of them has just locked out. They're all connected and when I try to do any programming or reports it's a no go. Says till is busy even though no-one is logged on. I've had to disconnect it from the others to do end of day reports etc. Can still use it but enter and clear buttons don't do anything, just beep. Tried doing the reset several times but no good. We can manage without this till most of the time but when it's busy with food it'd be better to have it working. Anyone got any ideas?

Sorry, seems like i'm an idiot but the tills aren't 7000's but u-mx750 ( which I'm led to believe is pretty similar). Also it appears that tthe enter and clear keys can be reprogrammed by going into the fixed keyboard layout. How do we do this? Donation waiting for the first one to help sort it. Thanks
