Hi all,

I have found a UX45F(off the side label) hidden away in a store room at work, have pluged it in and it works fine, it even had the user manual (which says UX45-05 on the front) in the cashdraw, but the prices are out of date.

There are 2 comm ports underneath, but I am unsure which one to connect to with PLM2000. I have tried to connect to it with PLM2000 on both, as I do with our other tills but it justs times-out.

Can anyone help me to set it up to connect it to PLM2000, it does not matter if the till has to be cleared.

Mick

Hi,

I have made the cable and it works fine on SX-700/800 tills, I have also found out which is the correct port to plug in to. I have matched the flag setting on the till with PLM settings but with no luck in communicating with each other.

Is there a report I can do to check the settings, or can I do a complete reset back to the default settings as if it was new.

Mick
