Hi, have a site with 13 of these terminals and have just got hold of 2 off ebay to replace one and have a spare but they have already been programmed and cannot seem to get any access to the programming menus, would be grateful if anyone could give the trick to factory reset these and the nessesary engineer code numbers to put in so i can add these to the network, thanks!
