VAT removal from a department

Can anybody tell me how to remove VAT from a department from a Sharp XE-A213? I will be using only two departments and I want one of them to be no VAT Help, before I go crazy!!!!

Go to PGM. Press the department you want to change, then press ST until SELECT OF TAX1 is on the display. Press the 00 (double zero) button to change the display to say TAX1 NO. Then press TL/NS to save it and that's it.
