Hello, I have a uniwell ex-570 and I keep getting a warning 69 message and it is quite annoying because it will happen when I an taking an order and the register will freeze up. Reading the the manual it says my Journal Data Transfer Buffer is full but it doesn't tell me how to correct the problem. I was hoping someone on here can help me fix the problem for good. Thank You....

Turn M key to SP, log on with Manager ID
Select Program Functions
Scroll down to SF-90 Communication (3)
Highlight the line "with journal data transfer", make sure this is set to "0"
If it isn't, highlight it and press the Enter key.
Then Press the X2/Time key, (This saves the changes that you have made)
Do an IR on the till.
Till should now be useable.
