hi!!
My till had a pint thrown over it and went a bit mental, i turned it off and then on again and it says 'INITIAL RESET RQ' and is making a sound like a small motor is running. I have about 30 tabs, accounts saved on there and the days take i need to recover and our end of year reading.

I've actually just turned it on again since beginning this message and some of the staff numbers have a random 80 pence that seems to be a problem with the screen not the actual figure. Please help Thanks Louise x

Turn it off and keep it off. Hope and pray that the spillage has not got to the main board.

you have probably lost all your tabs and readings but if you keep it off you wont do any more damage to the main board. Which means it wont cost you as much money to get it repaired. They may just be able to wash it and save it!!!

My advise is call your local dealer and get a quote for fixing.
