We have someone working in the shop who somehow manages to achieve a negative total for any of the departments, typically from 1 to 7. Often it is just a single negative amount on one of the depertments on a Z reading.

Does anyone have any idea what key sequences, presumably close to being the correct ones, that you could press to end up with a negative total?

I'm baffled

Make sure the key isn't in the void position when ringing in sales. That's the position which looks like the infinity symbol.
