Any help here will do.
I have an XE-A203 that I am using in the pub/bar.
All the liquor stock has been assigned to dept1 on over 200 PLU's.

The Problem: I have the restaurant that "purchases" the alcohol from the bar. I have programmed and renamed the credit button to show what alcohol is going to the restaurant BUT at the end of night I want to see ALL ITEMS sold to the restaurant on my X/Y.
The till shows me all items(PLU's) sold BUT will not seperate the items on the credit button as a seperate entity.

Q: Is there a way I can see the credit buttom items(PLU's) seperately or is there another way for me to get around this.

The restaurant has its own till, the customer gets their bill for food and alcohol combined. The restaurant has its food and alcohol seperated on the till so that at the end of the night they pull a Z on the alcohol and pay the bar accordingly.
I would like the Z printout from the restuarant and the printout from the bar to match up.

sounds like you are asking a bit from a 203, as far as wanting individual plu listings for the restaurant from the bar.
One way is to go for a networked terminal system with a decent back office package, as it sounds like you have outgrown or will shortly outgrow the "basic" reporting capacity of the 203.
That way 90% of the work is already done for you and your figures will add up at the end of the night
