I'm trying to read the e-journal data from the SD card installed in the register using the sharp customer support tool. In which I get a "File ACCESS ERROR" every time i try, I checked the SD cards on a separate computer using a card reader and can see all the information that the register wrote onto the SD card. Also reading the e-journal data directly from the register via usb works fine. Ive tried 3 different SD cards, 1 x 1gig, and 2 x 2gigs. Any help would be appreciated.
