Hi there,

I was basically given the manual to the register and told to set it up by my boss - I think I've done a pretty good job, but I just have one question about the GLU receipt.

I work in a cafe, and we use GLU to keep track of tabs for tables. After entering the items and using the GC receipt button to get an itemised receipt, it then erases that information? So if we print a receipt to check on an order, and then need to print it again, it will only have the items that were added since the last GC receipt was printed. Is there a way to just have it keep a running total until the GLU is cashed out and finalised?

Much appreciated :)

To change the way it prints bills (GC Rcpts), go to pgm then type in: ST - 63 - X - 01010001 - ST - TL/NS then turn back to Reg.
Ignore the - , that's just to separate the steps.

No wait! I just tried it and it doesn't seem to be working, sorry.

It's still erasing all pbal data from the GC receipt. I want it to show all the items that have ever been added to the GLU until it was cashed out, instead of just having what was added since the PBAL. Is this possible?

Thanks :)

Also, I don't know if maybe I'm missing part of the manual or something, bc it keeps saying 'look at programming on page 70' and then page 70 is just instructions in German. So idk what's up with that.

So confuse :/

Give this a try: ST - 15 - X - 00011000 - ST - TL/NS
I'm not sure which instruction book you have then and I hope what I'm telling you is matching up with your machine! I'm looking at the manual from the Sharp site.
